PCA implemented operational Improvements for the parking services, including: Recommended new revenue control equipment. Procedural flaws that could possibly compromise revenue control were identified and corrected. Customer service was enhanced throughout the operation.
During our first year of management of the garage, PCA increased daily revenue by more than 50% over the previous operator. Throughout our tenure, PCA has consistently met P&G’s target occupancy goals for all of the properties.
PCA’s responsibilities include all revenue control, staffing, and customer service for P&G’s facilities. We administer 2,000 contract parkers on a monthly basis as well as an employee waiting list. To expedite the monthly parking process, PCA designed an entirely new database application to streamline tracking payments made by payroll deduction and to monitor and respond to employees on the waiting list.PCA’s Facility Manager works directly with a P&G executive to ensure that our service and the facilities meet P&G’s high standards.
